A CIA handbook on coercive interrogation methods, produced 40 years ago during the Vietnam War, shows that techniques such as those used in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, have a long history with U.S. intelligence and were based on research and field experience.

WASHINGTON -- A newly declassified CIA training manual details torture methods used against suspected subversives in Central America during the 1980s, refuting claims by the agency that no such methods were taught there.

Here's a clue Bruce Lee. Most of those manuals detailing those torture methods have been available at the same surplus store you buy those neet-o throwing stars and cheep ass Chinese knock off knives at. They'll be right beside the old dog eared copy of The Anarchist Cookbook marked $1.00 because the mercury fulminate blasting cap formula recipe will leave you with a stump where your hand used to be.

How much more detail on water boarding and sleep deprivation do you need to figure the basic mechanics of it out...Brain. * I still can't type that without laughing my ass off*
