Would you have the same reaction if (across his forehead, and it were the only ink) it were to say: "I'm owned and this is a very visible, very permanent symbol of ownership"?

I once saw at a local, gay leather bar two hot men - one had "SLAVE" tatooed on the right side of his head. The other "MASTER" on the left. Now what was interesting was that they could both grow out the side hairs and go to their "real jobs." I'm pretty sure they were on vacation, just touring around, showing off the art work.

Of course, nothing like this, I'm just reminded of it, that's all.

"one of a kind" if you continue through the flickr photo's. his eyes really stand out. pity they look so sad. the pics with the multiple nose rings.. hm....

Lance, if you go through some of the other pictures, it definitely reads "1 of a kind" - and the boy certainly is ... I hope he doesn't regret it as much as some of his pictures seem to indicate.
