Hey all, took a leap and got my first body piercings today. Both nipples are now nicely decorated.

I'm curious, though. Has anyone tried taking the Airborne anti-cold stuff post-piercing? If so, did it help? I have some on hand, and I'm kinda thinking it couldn't hurt, simply because the ingredients are all supposed to boost your immune system.

Thoughts?

Here's a link to the ingredients off their website, I can't think of anything in it that would be harmful.

I wouldn't think it would hurt, as long as you continue doing the aftercare prescribed to you by the piercing artist.  Congrats on the new adornments!

I second Shadows.  It couldn't hurt.  Are you doing sea salt soaks?  Or washing with soap and water?

The only time I used sea salt was with my Deep PA, and it healed very slow.  I've been told since that it only works well if you're very accurate with the dilution.  However, everything was different with that piercing, so the sea salt might not have been my problem.  I would definitely tell you to pay attention and take note of what works for you and stick with it for subsequent piercings.
