I wouldn't even bother asking you obgyn about this. They really are not trained in this area and I believe this type of question would fall way outside their level of expertise.

I have no idea if fisting and didoes can lead to incontinence...It does give me a certain amount of pleasure to think that this just might be the case.

Find a urologist who specializes in female urology and pelvic floor dysfunction.  A big university medical center will have these specialists.
I have been seeing a urologist at University of Pennsylvania Hospital for years.  She did surgery on me and no more stress incontinence.  The procedure is not bad at all, either.

BTW, good riddance to that ex.  LOL
