I wouldn't even bother asking you obgyn about this. They really are not trained in this area and I believe this type of question would fall way outside their level of expertise.
I have no idea if fisting and didoes can lead to incontinence...It does give me a certain amount of pleasure to think that this just might be the case.

Find a urologist who specializes in female urology and pelvic floor dysfunction. A big university medical center will have these specialists. I have been seeing a urologist at University of Pennsylvania Hospital for years. She did surgery on me and no more stress incontinence. The procedure is not bad at all, either.
