Status: offline 		Gauge admitted in the TPBM thread that he earned about 30 hours of detention in school...The person beneath him didn't want to know what he earned it for...

I do!!

Anyone else want to join me in encouraging Gauge to tell his naughty schoolboy story??

LOL!  I just mentioned it on the TPBM forum, 'cause no one even replied to his post at all.  But yes, I want to know.

Status: offline 		OK, OK, OK, OK... I didn't realize that this would be the Spanish Inquisition. I actually was pretty well behaved in school. The thirty hours happened for a few reasons. I was continually late for almost a month. I also had a bad habit of smoking in the boys room. The last one was for telling a teacher that he was an idiot because what he was teaching was entirely wrong and I went on to prove it and that earned me a one day suspension and about 10 additional hours of detention. The teacher later apologized... but that didn't help me any.

I was a repugnant little quazi-hippy when I was in school. I had a quick wit and an even quicker temper. Youth is such an arrogant time when I thought that I was 6' 8" and bulletproof. I learned that I was 6' 1" and that I got paper cuts... I made the connection that bullets would have a similar but more devastating effect.

I was the first in my clan to have a car. I bought it for $100 and it was a baby puke yellow Dodge Coronet Station Wagon. This also aided me in my debauchery as well as my delinquency from school. Somehow I survived my youth, my marriage and several other things.

Yes... no stunning revelations of mischief other than stated above... well, there was that one time that I took a tube of Ben Gay into school and when we had swim class I got in there a few minutes early and managed to spread some in several swimsuits. It was funny as hell to watch the expression on the faces of the poor sods that got the tainted suits. Their faces went from quizzical to slightly panicked to outright horror because their naughty bits felt like the inside of a nuclear reactor. Of course, I acted just like them to blend in... I never got caught for that one either... heh.

You know, this is just a typical guy prank in many ways...sadistic enough on its own...but what really scares me is that you took it to new heights by acting like one of the injured parties in order to deflect suspicion.

That's just downright devious!
