Ok, I picked a profile name that explains where my head is at.
I have a profile that is not found, and that is because I had another profile that suddenly could not be logged into, yet oddly I can see it when I create a new profile (this one). In asking support for help, I am told that I can't use firefox because of the addons and that I need to use Internet Explorer, so I use that one and still can't log in.
Do the next best thing and take screen shots and send that into support, but that yields nothing. I make a journal entry and that doesn't appear in the Recent Journals.
So a profile that I can't log into that I did until Tuesday morning, its still online and this one can't be found when I click on "View Profile".
I would like to introduce myself but I don't exist.
