A while back I asked this question and got some interesting responses but after some time I wondered if anyone has come up with a toy like this? I think you would also need a bit of inversion to make that happen. Hanging you upsidedown and jacking you off so that your cum runs down into the tube.

I think something like this would work. The external catheters are single-use, and inexpensive, so you can just get a couple to start with and see if it works. I believe the catheter tubing is designed to be cleaned, but if you don't want to deal with it, they're still fairly inexpensive. They're both clear, as requested.

the problem with the catheter is it actually rolls down the penis like a condom and adheres into place. they can come loose pretty easily (had to replace one just yesterday on a client when he didn;t even make it all the way to work because it was put on in a way it tugged). Not sure how you would stimulate to make cum without disturbing it...but i bet others would have a way

I was thinking why can't the sub be on his back hogtied and a very large tube many be 3" be somehow placed in the mouth and at the base of the cock? Just one tube about maybe 3' long or so. Then the only problem would be in making him cum somehow?

If the problem here is the tube falling off the sub, why not use something to strap it down? Or zip-ties and rubber bands. Or be clever and tape some kind of lining around a hose clamp with a finger screw on it? Granted, it'll be hard for them to cum (unless you can figure out a way to make sure the urethra isn't restricted), but you wouldn't need any kind of fancy breifs to wear it.
