I was recently looking for an item and I asked Pact and she recommended Mr.S Leather. So I perused the web site found what I was looking for and ordered it. The FOllowing day I get an email saying the particular item I wanted was out of stock and if i have any questions to call. So I call, hit the extension and I am connected to....."porkchop". Ok.... maybe a bit odd but I introduce myself and he checks my order. We talk for a moment and they have something quite similar. He says.\, "yes we have two of those but let me run out to the floor and make sure". He comes back a minute later and say yes we have them, I'll get that out today. In a world where customer service is an empty phrase a guy named, porkchop came through big time. he was professional and polite. Kudos to Pact. Mr. S leather... and my man Porkchop

Good luck with that QSM! [:D] Glad you had a good experience, Jeffff. Today I did a last second emergency order for a customer, and even drove it up to the Fedex so that it could go out before the weekend. Some of us do try to give exceptional customer service. Just don't start calling me porkchop, kk? [8D]

Ah! OK! Now I get it. Jeffff, let Me assure you that it was nothing at all and I just wanted to say thanks. I love when I get a chance to pass along help for something like this. They do have great folks on the floor there. There's something really cool about people who are happy that you're going to be happy about playing. [:D] So, anytime I can help out, if it's a kink related business that I'm familiar with, don't hesitate to drop Me a line. Oh, and laurell, I'd say I'm sorry, since I know where the business end of that thing will be landing, but <shrug> I'm not. I hope you guys get a lot of use out of it.
