I really find it a bit distasteful when people dress up their dogs in clothing but these photos are pretty cute...Dogs all dressed up as the same thing...Lobster! http://www.buzzfeed.com/anteater/lobster-dogs

Yes..that last photo of the cat was priceless...I have never put clothes on an animal before but once maybe more than 10 years ago I put some of those Christmas antlers on my cat at the time (or I tried) and he had the same expression..ha ha

Why do you object to dressing up dogs? 4-H ers have costume class in dogs and horses that I'm aware of. It's pretty common. It allows the kids who can't afford a better animal or a better trainer to still go up to state fair and compete. My oldest who has shown horses nationally still enjoys costume class. Last year she did a reining pattern with her horse and her wearing nascar outfits.

I guess I find it a bad thing when it is done all the time such as when they show Paris Hilton and that type with their pets....A dog isn't a baby, a toy or a prop and they already have clothes on..a fur coat!!...A lot of the dogs in clothes just don't look that comfortable either. I guess for a special occasion such as a contest it isn't so bad but I wouldn't do it...just my humble opinion.
