 Secret societies have various functions, usually esoteric, political, or charitable in nature.  Secret societies may plot world domination, subvert legal or financial institutions, enlighten the world, distribute charity, protect a secret, or "attempt to rewrite history by circulating certain literature."

I would like to join one of each, please.  Don't tell anybody, though, it's a secret...

What is strange is that they aren't very secret most people already know about them .

It's what we do in them that is secret.

Now I am okay with this... I will still love you and accept you, but there will be a period of adjustment... as long as we tape it down I think I will be okay.... this is new for me. I have never been head over heels for a TV/TS before.

Actually the entire article missed one of the groups I belong too but that is because they are only like 25 years old.

The Other they really didn't give much of any information that has not already been known for years.

Or were you refering to something else?

I'm going to give the African Leopard men, the KKK and quite a few others a miss though. I dont suppose the skull and boners will take me in.

I'm thinking of joining The Order of The Most Exalted River Wideners. They have some great beach parties .
