Some of the topics that come up here from time to time have me on the verge of safewording. I am a long-time supporter of Planned Parenthood. http://www.plannedparenthood.org/pp2/portal/ Planned Parenthood offers low cost and often no cost services to both men and women. Anyone in need of services without a regular doctor, insurance, or what have you should most certainly consider Planned Parenthood as an option for STD testing, gynecological exams, any kind of fertility issues, etc. I favor Planned Parenthood's politics and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of help. The internet can only get you so far, most probably you will eventually have to go see an actual doctor for any significant health problem. It's good to be informed beforehand. It's good to be inquisitive and assertive with those wacky doctors too - don't let them brush you off without answering your questions or otherwise properly addressing any concerns that you may have. But again, a more offline proactive attitude is necessary in most cases if you are faced with any real and/or recurrent issues.
