To feel rebellious at times is normal. You need to obey and serve her in spite of these feelings, and especially when you feel this way. Focus on what your purpose is, and keep your focus on your Mistress. Remember it is not about your needs, it is about hers.

I know for me, sometimes i find i am rebellious for a reason besides PMS.

Sometimes it is that i am unhappy with the relationship or there is something wrong that is not being addressed.

Or it could be the order changes how you work and are. In a former d/s relationship i was not allowed to defrost meat out of the fridge and i have been doing that for 42 yrs and never had a problem so why do i have to change that. It made me very upset over meat? but that relationhsip had other issues (see above) so it may have been a culmination of a lot of things.

You have to find out why it is so with you. If you have the freedom to discuss these things then i think it is time for a sit down open discussion with your mistress. If not it will take a lot of soul searching to find out what it is that bothers you.

Good luck!

submissiveness is not a generally socially acceptable practice. To be submissive much of how you were raised or what you were taught formally has to be un-learned.
My training, from the very beginning of any D/s relationship I've had, always involved some kind of ritual or routine that the submissive had to perform on a daily basis. Daily Journaling, reading/studying rules, should help a sub focus on their submissiveness and the emotional relationship with their Dom/Domme. On a more physical plane, you should touch and/or look at the symbol of your submissiveness. A collar, bracelet, anklet, or any other item should help bring you back in focus.

Before Hubby and i defined our relationship as a D/s one i was often resentful having to wait on Him so much, especially when i was asleep on the couch and He would wake me up to get Him another beer or whatever. Now i look forward to those moments and am more than happy to serve Him. I do get a little irratated when i am in a poker room online and have to leave it to serve Him, but that goes with the territory.

I am not so certain what you are going through is a "stage" as much as it is a natural reaction which happens in every human being. A misconception I find annoying is when someone believes that from the moment we chose to submit and obey, it's all grins and giggles from there. *Buzz* Wrong answer. To serve in a pleasing manner is one thing but no where does it say you are going to be happy about every thing you do. Thats just fairy tale'ish and probably why many starter relationships fail. The romantic notion fades and suddenly work is involved. *ewwww!*
Ok, to the point..sorry. (I can see my Master shaking his head at my rambling)
I feel rebellious sometimes for no apparent reason. Sometimes, I'm not even aware of it until my Master points it out to me. We talk. Some days I get tired. I get bored. I get angry....and I sometimes I become rebellious. I believe its just an emotion and it too shall pass. :) I'm curious, have you asked your Mistress to help you with this?

Very wise words Synocense. I have always told my slaves that it is easy to serve and obey when it is something you like or enjoy. The true test is how well you serve and obey when it is something that you don't particularly feel like doing. That is when it most important.
