Calisthenics, isometric exercises, stretching, &/or yoga postures? In addition to the above suggestions? Oh, ETA: if the bottom has mostly just been lying there, then they can become active on the breaks; & if the top has been active then they can do more of the stretchy-resty-yoga-ish stuff .... .. Also, pole-dancing / erotic-exotic dancing?
