I want to complain that I got hate mail this morning:

I just wrote back and said that jealousy was an ugly thing.

So... what's everyone up to today? I am at work, with a horrible sore throat (sinus related, I'm sure), waiting for LilmamaBluebies to get here... I need a nap room, like in preschool... give me my blankie and my pillow, dim the lights... sshhhhhhh.............. doesn't sound unreasonable to me.

i'm trying, but depression is not an easy thing tl get over once it's kicked into high gear. and coming here doesn't help much.

Michael take it from someone who has fought and still fights depression all the time .. when you in this state you tend to veer towards people who will console . so you come here looking for just that .. I know I have done it myself a time or two .. you need to find something that will take your mind off the depression and avert your attentions elsewhere . say building something if your good with wood .... when I get real bad fits of depression I start working around the house re-modeling it. Do not sit and feed into the depression by looking for sympathy from others . it will only fuel the depression ....
