I'm thinking I should uncork a bottle of Catawba Pink so I can get some sleep tonight. I have to complain about tomorrow, 'cause it's one of my dearest friends' 50th birthday and her daughter is throwing a surprise party for her. I bought her a fabulous gift (an indulgence she'd never buy for herself but I know she'll love), and I'm really looking forward to the party. Trouble is, the party is 4.5 hours from my house, so I'm gonna do about 9 hours of driving for a 3-hour party. I MUST be insane! But she's my bud, yanno? I'd feel horrible if I didn't go.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I wanna complain I finally decided while unowned I would go ahead and get my hair cut ......Well I have at this point about 3 foot of hair ( which during the move I am finding EXTREMLY annoying) So I decided if I was going to go through with it I would rather see it go to a good cause... So I began looking for someone to cut for Locks of Love. Fantastic Sam's no longer does it and wont even cut the pony tail unless you PAY them to do it. I called locks of Love only to find that the only place still cutting and atleast straightening up the hair from the pony tail type cut is a three hour drive from here. I was amazed How many cuts are we talking about where Fantasic Sams would have to give free cuts for a donation? This isnt a huge town 10 - 15- 20 a year at the most ... Tis sad when some one cant take a bit of time to make someones life a little less painful
