Hey anyone local or native to Nashville want to share any ideas about a few places for a good dinner or drink or place that you would recommend? We are going down next Mon, Tues, Wed, and coming home Thursday. It's a trip to Vanderbilt Medical Clinic for my sweetheart, so I want to plan some fun and romantic nighttime stuff to make it better, you know?
Okay so a great steakhouse, need that for sure, and if anyone knows of a cigar/cognac type bar, with a piano player or jazzy/bluesy scene, bonus! :) Also, we both love great sushi and french bistro type places, swanky dressing not an issue, or great divey bars too. The only thing we *won't* do are any type of chain places, overly touristy places, family style not really our thing, and damn, we don't really love country music ;) Might have to go to the Country Music Hall of Fame though, just because it's there right?
I have never been to Nashville, but I am going with an open mind. I am sure it will be great and I really do want to have some things planned to get his mind off medical stuff. We willl be free on all three days after like 4 p.m. and nothing is being done that will impede walking around or dining/drinking etc., it's just a lot of testing stuff. So, sinful activities are not discouraged. [:D].

Oh, and The Mark is closed on weeknights, damn it! We already checked!
