How much are you paying and what exactly does the job require? It doesn't matter if they're dominant, switch, submissive or vanilla. You have a job that needs doing and you need to pay for a professional to do it right. Not be a cheapo trying to get something for nothing. If however you are offering barter of topping services, then you should ask among your existing clientele if any of them are interested.
