I have been, not just today, but recently, feeling really depleted. But also, really anxious! And I was just talking to a neighbor who had a panic attack yesterday, out of nowhere. Are you feeling anxious, lately? Is there something going around? Is it in the stars, or what?

Yes. I am very much dragging today, but I suspect it was because I accepted a spur of the moment invitation to a concert 250 miles away last night and am operating on just a few hours sleep and a traffic jam in the desert for my drive back. I did get to see the clock and thermometer in the car in complete agreement this afternoon, though.

Yes. I woke up with a headache that's stayed with me all day long. I don't want to take ibuprophen, as it gives me a tummy ache and I just got that under control a few days ago. (I had coffee.) I'm also tired because of this heat, but my mood is up.

Cynthia, have you been having a little to eat just before taking Ibuprofen, and drinking a big glass of water with it? These two would normally prevent Ibuprofen from being hard on your stomach. I've also found that low dosages are usually sufficient and the sooner I take it after my pre-symptoms start, the more effective it is.
