For any UTI, I forget drinking water for about two weeks and drink cranberry juice cocktail instead. There's a big jug of it at Walmart that has a higher percent of cranberry. Mix it with apple juice if you have to. Snack on Craisins, dried out cranberries that are like raisins. Blueberries also make it difficult on bacteria to attach so switch to this if you hate cranberry.

I think there are also OTK meds for UTI, so go check out your local pharmacy.

If things get worse anyway, go to your doctor. There used to be pills that were not antibiotics for this, they turned urine brilliant orange...it was some very good stuff.

Good luck with your problem, I hope you are better in a few days.

OP - what the others said.

Plus, Q tips are not known for their silk-like cotton wool - there's a good chance your mistress has scratched and/or bruised your urethra. If you have any blood in your urine, or develop a discharge, or find you can't pee too well, then you'll need to see a doctor and tell him what's been shoved up there.

It might also be a good idea to tell your mistress about your problems - maybe then she'll think twice before she tries to shove unsuitable/unsterile stuff up your todger.

Cranberry juice/extract only works as a preventative...does bupkis after the fact. Go to a doctor, explain what happened, and he'll likely prescribe meds. That was really irresponsible of your Domme...Q-tips are totally not safe for that sort of use. You should find a new Domme, to be honest.

But as to your question, how long will it take to stop burning. It depends on how badly she fucked up your dick. It could be a simple infection that will clear up in a few days or it could keep hurting till you balls fall off. I would think about this the next time some chick asks if she can shove things up there.

Q-tips are OK, as long as it's infrequent, that they're inserted less than an inch, and they've been soaked in sterile saline [like contact lens solution] or water-based lubricant like Astroglide beforehand.

Don't worry: done as I've described, i.e., correctly, a Q-tip used to be a standard test for sexually transmitted diseases for decades before the urine tests were available. That being said, I much prefer a fine but strong metal sound [about half the size of a dry Q-tip tip].

I agree with drinking a lot of water, and seeing a doctor if you're not feeling better by tomorrow or if you're feeling worse.
If she didn't insert it as above, you need to talk to her about it or leave.

To the OP: Don't worry, your body will heal. No matter how bad the infection gets, your body is designed to protect and heal itself. If the infection goes rampant, your cock will fall off long before the infection presents a fatal threat to the rest of your body. You'll be fine.

Seriously, the others (those that weren't busy bashing you or the Qtips) have good advice. It should heal up in a few days, if not go see a doctor.
