 Here is a tip for you. Take the time to write to a woman with more than just one sentence. Introduce yourself, tell her what you liked about her profile and why you contacted her. Be honest and genuine. If she doesn't notice that then perhaps she is not worth YOUR time. Also, you may want to add a little more substance to your profile. A little more about who you are. Good luck in your search. It takes time.

I write a lot of people to tell them about events or organizations in their area or to let them know information about things they mention in their profiles, and aside from a few people who looked at the profile but not the letter, I've regularly had friendly responses that occasionally have become regular correspondences.

If you constantly have women you write to "jumping your shit," I'd recommend you take a good look at the message you're sending.  It may be coming across as a HNG or simply a "one-size fits all" letter.

Status: offline 		Sweet is right.  We do get harassed a lot but I, at least, read all the emails I get and if someone takes the time to send me a well thought out and well written email, he sparks my interest...at least enough to start a conversation.  Unfortunately, it does take time.  There's no need to be shy.  Just let us know about you.

Status: offline 		Sometimes there are that many emails it is impossible to write back to them all straight away. What I tend to do is write to the ones that spark an interest, then when I have time I go back and write to the others, sometimes its just to say sorry not interested. (yes I might have missed a couple out, they wasn't worth the reply) :)
Profiles can be updated, sometimes when we join here we arn't even sure ourselves what we want. Take me for instance, I was just looking, didn't want to meet anyone, wasn't even looking for a guy to play with. Now I find myself thinking of Dain 24/7 waiting for the next time I can see him!

Status: offline 		I hate to make a nice long personel e-mail when you dont even get a reply over 50 percent of the time. I live in a rural area and most of my messages are inquiring about location. If there is no city on their profile they could be hundreds of miles away in the same state. So I understand your frustration.                  David.

I have found that it is true that many girls seem to get harassed. However, you should look at the positive side realizing if you never try, you will never succeed, therefore, Say to yourself  SELF....."I will keep trying until I  succeed, (even if others are"rude"I will not be" and I will find the  person I want one day."  I feel the comment of sweetbbwsub31 was the closest to what I have found to be true.  Let the girl you are writing to know you have read her profile.  Speak to her of her interests. Touch her by something that she likes. You can keep an outline to say some things in general, but each letter must be specific to the girl you are looking to hear from. A big majority, do not write back, but hey.. she will never write back if she doesn't even know your name!!! My suggestion: Persistence, desire, and positive attitude in and about your letters all will go a long ways in helping you find the right girl. Remember, you are not alone..there are many lonlyguys out there, and just as many lonlygirls. In order for you to  get out of the Lonlyguy Rut, you have to step up to the Plate. If they are rude, just go to the next one, unless she REALLY catches your fancy. :)   Remember there are many fish in the sea. Many types, sizes varietys, and colors.   You just have to use the correct bait.                            Masternelson45
