Hello from darkest Surrey UK. I've watched the BDSM scene for many years, but life is too
short to keep watching and now is the time for me to

Just a couple of tips:  a Master is someone with extensive experience and prestige un the community, and the title Lord is almost preposterous.  I'd advise against giving yourself titles.

The name was something i had used before online and was simply chosen as it was the only name available that i could easily remember in that online situation, i am a very nice chap but totally understand the image it may project and will create a new profile in time with something more down to earth.

I hate attaching labels to people but i guess that's the way of the world, if anyone's interested my real name is Malc, i'm not trying to be someone i'm not :)

As for the subject title of this post, there was not enough space to write "New on the scene but have been involved for years with fetish photography and have studied the lifestyle and have had submissive partners in the past but a long long time ago, not looking to have a slave but looking to explore my ideas and passion to the next level with a wickedly deviant submissive woman"

So yes, common mistake made by someone new to the scene and i hope it wont put people off getting to know me, sorry folks.

Well now i've been here a day or so it seems my choice of profile name could be putting people off getting to know me.

I must admit to being innocent to the fact that people would place so must judgement on a profile name and not the actual person.

I wouldn't be anymore disrespectful to a sub called "princess fluffy kitten paws" or "cyber sex slut" but it has been wisely suggested to me that people would have issues trusting me as a result of what in fact was a name left over from a few hours playing games online a while back.

Obviously only i know i'm a decent trustworthy person so i'll have to re do a new profile and start again i guess.

I dont expect anyone to ever call me by my profile name and a sub can call me whatever we decide is nice at the time.

Anyway interesting to receive messages through my profile about this subject, just goes to show how many people just scan the name and move on ;)
