In some ways, working as a phone-sex dominatrix is a lot simpler than being on a college faculty. Your relationship with others is clearly defined, no one formally complains about anything you say to them, and you stand little risk of getting caught up in messy struggles over power. It gets complicated, however, if you try to do both jobs.

BS Mechanical Engineering, 1979 myself.  Right when Norm Ellenberger was getting his basketball students diplomas from a diploma mill...

This woman was clearly asking for trouble.

1. She openly discussed sexuality in class.
2. She held "raucous" parties at her place.
3. She spread lies about a student.

Any place that did not have tenure, she would not have lasted a week.

I'm curious about how she "met" a grad stude4nt while working there.  She worked out of her home...

Discussing sex in a writing class isn't inappropriate. It's actually pretty standard. It's all about how it's done. Recruiting for your moonlighting employer while teaching is wrong.

Having parties for your students in your home... also fairly common. I'd say 1/20 of my professors in undergrad and 1/8 in grad school did this. Some did this regularly. I was very friendly with my philosophy professor and her lover, the head of the philosophy department. I don't know if it's necessarily inappropriate (I always got good grades with these profs, but I also did my best work and got lots of extra help during random casual chats), but it happened. It depends on the school's culture and more importantly, the department's. I can never imagine partying with my biology professors.

Posing with a student in your program is VERY wrong and totally unnecessary. Models who'll work for free in exchange for a session or two aren't hard to come by.

Spreading lies about a student is wrong.

I won't dismiss her claim that she's being unfairly targeted because she's a bisexual Latina. It seems like several people had it in for her even prior to this. If talking about sex makes you uncomfortable in a liberal arts class, you either need to opt out of the class or go to that lovely uni in Lynchburg, VA.

I'm in the dental profession. I think it's all about S&M. From the procedures and materials, to the patients and dentists. Never a boring moment for me...

Dont judge me because I sin differently than you.
If you want it sugar coated, dont ask me what i think! It would violate TOS.
