Seriously, desensitization is more of what it sounds like you are dealing with rather than needing even more grueling tortuous way to engage in CBT perhaps. It also sounds like your pain threshold has increased to the degree that your imagination has run its course, so to speak.

Ever thought of CBT which is an acronym for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy? In other words, re-think your perspective, re-group & re-consider your true motive for asking total strangers how to increase your pain threshold while offering photos of the entire afterward scenario? Merely exhibitionism? Not! Rather it sounds maladaptive.

Just a few thoughts for whatever they are worth, if anything at all.
