Half dozen DNA extraction protocols here.  All either use a blender or more severe grinding as an initial step to extract the DnA.  One uses liquid nitrogen and a mortar and pestle.

Fuck me. Dude was saying DNA itself not tissue for fucks sakes.

Dude, do you even know wtf DNA IS and WHERE it is located?

It is INSIDE the nucleus of cells (except bacteria and red blood cells which have no nucleus)

Cells are what makes up tissues.

If you're gonna debate this stuff, at least pass a JR High science class first.

Easy to see where your mind goes, Yngblk when you make yourself look stupid, and no surprises about it, whatsoever.

Do you really wanna go there, sporting that pearl necklace?

I can understand that some people view the execution of felons convicted of first degree homicide to be "state sanctioned murder," and I can understand that some people view the performance of elective late-term abortions to be "state sanctioned murder," but what I can't understand is why they're not the same people.

K.

I support both.

It might just be me, but somehow a smiley face at the end of a sentence talking about capital punishment and late-term abortions seems a little out of place.

The average cost of a box of (100) 22 caliber bullets is about $25. Sounds a bit more cost effective to me. *chuckles* Sorry, had to.

I think what caught my eye about the whole thing was the protest from Iran seemed to come from a place of "you whined about what we were going to do, so we are going to do the same to you".  I dont think he really gives a damn about us putting a murderer to death, he just wants to try to make the 2 cases about the same thing.  In my eyes, they are not just apples and oranges, they are apples and sushi.

While I think stoning is a barbaric punishment and adultery should not mean a death sentence, what is being ignored is the man she was having an affair with is charged with murdering her husband and she is being charged as an accomplice.

As for mixing stuff together, a good lab tech could take 4 people's blood, a deer liver, a cow intestine and some bacteria.....

Sounds delicious.

I love trying new recipes.

Does it work well on the grill?

Well, if you are willing to forgo your rights to a trial by your peers, etc, if you are ever accused of a crime, then you can save the taxpayers and just execute yourself pretrial.

Since you are wanting to save the taxpayers money on due process, I say start with yourself!

What is ironic to me is that those who claim leftist positions are based upon emotion tend to adopt positions of their own based completely on emotion of anger and revenge. If you disagree with them on this topic they get very heated and emotional and start posting stories about horrific crimes, asking you what you would do if someone killed your child, etc... justice is supposed to be dispassionate. Justice is not meted out by victims, but by society for a reason, and if people do not like that.. perhaps they should flush their constitution down the toilet and form some vigilante groups... maybe start a blood feud like they do in other countries.

You'd probably have to use a griddle for that.  Make crepes.

I saw that before, but I guess I zeroed in on this " condemned to death for illicit sex and charged with involvement in her husband's murder".

She wasnt condemned to die from the murder, but the adultery.  At least thats what I read there.

Julia, I have seen no one asking for anyone having to give up any of their rights to a fair trial and all that.  But, once it is proven beyond any doubt (and we can do that now), why not shoot them in the head with a 25 cent bullet rather than have them checked by a doctor, and spend more on putting them to death than we would on many sick people who have not murdered someone.
