I think I am going to NYC just to see this...

Please don't waste your time or money. I just saw it last week and not only was it one of the worst plays I have ever seen in my life, but Bobby Cannavale was not in it that night, which was the sole reason for me going.

It was absolute crap. As for the S/m elements, the audience laughed the entire time.

Sorry, just my opinion and I am an avid NY theater goer.

Actually, no. It was a big tease. Sutton Foster comes out on stage looking FAB in her dominatrix latex holding a huge bullwhip. She handcuffs Zach standing on his tip toes in a fascimile of a NY dungeon type place.

She whips him exactly one time and then he says, ok, I am done, uncuff me.

The ONLY vaguely hot thing about the S/m aspect was when the guy who was the understudy for Bobby C. ended up cuffed and kneeling kissing her boot.

But you had to endure 90 minutes of pointless posturing to get to that.

Sounds like Mistress Kaya isn't doing her job.

I'm trying to figure out the appeal, anyway. I just find Zach in Scrubs annoyingly pathetic, and find myself hoping the actor has more cojones than the character.
