was fine with it until my whole lifestyle changed for the worse in the UK in the last 5 years as I am used to be in pain about 300 days per year.

Ah, you live in the UK. That explains it. MOVE! The food there is lethal.

I fail in all 5 aspects which worsen the condition (diet, to pace myself, reducing my stress level, exercising and getting enough sleep and rest).

Do as I say and I expect the pain and stress levels to drop drastically within days.

Lol, Rule, its not just he food, after all, food I cook myself so its up to me what is getting into me, but there are many other reason why this country is lethal for me, yes, indeed  And it is quite well known that I will move binnen the next 3 years, so no worries

i went on a gluten free, vegan diet for fibro - which turned out in reality to be Lyme disease. i stayed on it for about 6 months  i had more energy and less pain while on the diet. then went through several deaths in the family and found sticking to the diet difficult and i  haven't had the self control to go back on the diet strictly since then. i am mostly organic, mostly vegetarian and it does help.  i plan on going 100% organic and gluten free again after the holidays. best wishes to you in your change.

Didn't you take doxycycline for Lyme's? I've never known of it being cured by a diet. It is an infectious disease, after all.

i did almost a year of multiple antibiotics. contrary to what the CDC and IDSA say, Lyme is rarely cured with antibiotics alone. i am now doing herbal antibiotics. Lyme feeds on sugar. Going sugar free at least puts bB into non metabolic cystic mode where it doesn't cause symptoms.  Lyme also decreases certain killer cells and harms the immune system. Diet helps rebuild the immune system. When eating food that cause immune dysfunction (gluten, sugar, pesticides, etc), it just compounds the problem.
