Sounds more of a possible medical fetish or adult infant thing. If the thermometer comes in the form of a rather large dildo... then that would work for Me... aside from that, I don't think I care about the temperature of his rear end.

I've been using digital thermometers since the early 90s. You just stick them in the edge of the ear and they have a very accurate read out within mere seconds. They're fairly inexpensive at your local Rite Aid or CVS pharmacy.

As part of a medical scene, it might make sense, and it is no big deal. Of course, the thermometer I would use is quite large, with a big flower on the top. Makes you look very cute with you ass up in the air.

With all the various objects people use for anal play, there's definetly no reason why you couldn't use a rectal therometer. Personally, i think it would probably be too small to provide much sensation, but as part of a medical scene, it could make sense.

It's certainly do-able, but considering during a scene there is a lot of excitement, which can translate as movement, I'd probably substitute something plastic or PVC for a glass themometer. Medical play is a very hot area for many people.
