Well, i am fairly new to the world of shaving and hair removal of the nether regions.  i used to trim, but now all is required to be gone.  i will be the first to admit that i am a chicken shit and have not gotten up the nerve to even get my legs waxed.  BUT i am sick and tired of cutting something that isn't supposed to be cut.  Don't get me wrong..pain can be lovely..but not that kind of pain.  Also a little insecure due to being a plus sized female, i'm quite sure they're used to looking at smaller women all day.

Anyone had it done?  Have any suggestions?  Recommedations?

Also, major issue..does anyone know if it is safe for someone with diabetes to get it done?

Well, I have a problem with any one "requiring" this. Its your body. I noticed your other post, and the other response; what we decide to do with our bodies is our decision, and not someone else's.  There is a reason that we are "furry" there, and shaving often produces the kinds of problems you are having.  I think your Dom should consider this a health issue and leave it be.  IMHO.

aww.

really, the girls who wax are just trying to making a living and support their families.
they don't care what size you are and they have seen it all.

go in clean (a shower right beforehand is mucho appreciated), give a decent tip, smile and be friendly and they will appreciate you as a returning customer any time!!

So far, I have done a decent job just shaving the little puss. BTW, I am a plus-sized girl too. The itchy stubble kinda sux, but I've been complimented on my work when I confessed that I did it myself. It seems to keep me clean longer. I kinda like the no-hair thing. I can understand if other women don't like it, though.

Waxing hurts, a lot, but I could deal with it. How it affects you seems to be rather individual. I used to get waxed every 6-8 weeks, you have to wait for the hair to grow in long enough before it can be ripped out again. Waxing has a nice result, but I'm completely hairless for less than half of those 6-8 weeks so I eventually gave it up as it just seemed kind of fruitless.

I was a much bigger woman at one point in my life, my waxer was always a very nice woman and glad to get her fee and tip. I understand how you feel, but please don't let your size deter you from purchasing this service. You are just as worthy as anyone else who walks through the door of any business to spend your money as you see fit

If you are uncomfortable about your size and feel this may hinder someone from doing their job, then explan that when you call -- tell them you are overweight, or extremely overweight and you are a little uncomfortable.  This way, when you come in the professional will know that and will be able to accomodate not only you in your uncomfortableness but themselves in that there may be someone who specializes in overweight people.  The way i see it, if you tell them you are uncomfortable, because they want your business and they are professionals, they will do everything they can to make you comfortable.  But if they don't know your size makes you uncomfortable, they may inadvertently do things they do with people more confident in their body and that may make yu more uncomfortable.

Communication does wonders.  If you don't tell them, they won't know and try and accomodate you in your uncomfortableness.

Brazillians hurt at first, but over time they hurt less.  Exfoliate between waxes to reduce possible problems with in-growns.

My esthitician is wonderful.  When I first began doing these I was really overweight.  She smiled and said she does this for a living - does it all day long, and has seen cooches of all shapes and sizes - not a big deal to her.  She just wants to make her clients as comfortable as possible.

We used to joke about having her keep a shot of vodka ready for me, to relax me before the waxes lol.  Now it's easy-peasy. Over time your hair is less coarse and your skin becomes accustomed to the process.  Avoid going near your period, though, as you're skin is more there sensitive at that time.

As for the "we have hair there for a reason" - bah. I shave my legs, under my arms, and wax my eyebrows and upper lip (and chin, as I am getting older!).  I also cut and style the hair on my head.  There is nothing wrong with shaping, grooming and removing the hair we grow.  I mean, I sweat for a reason, too, but I still use deodorant.

The reason is NOT so that some dom can insist she do something painful, that she is uncomfortable with, and has concerns relative to her diabetes.  She is not asking this for herself.  My question is:  why is this so important?  My dom/husband never cared one way or another.  It seems to me a silly "requirment".  Just sayin'.

For some people it's a sexual preference, and they're not turned on by pussies with hair, Some people think it's more hygienic, I'd never suggest a dom just " get over it" and learn to live with a woman being hairy if he finds it a sexual turn off.

I  just wouldn't go with that dom as my partner, since I have pussy hair and have no intention to ever change it, because he expected it.

I was completely mislead by the title.  I thought this was about secret agent techniques for waxing (killing) Brazilians.  Unknown to many, Brazilians have been getting 'waxed' over the conflicts in their struggle for world domination of the bathing suit industry.
