Minxlynx -> apostrophe (10/17/2010 6:16:57 PM)

When using apostrophe in the form of a contractional word or in the form of a possessive this is the reslt on my post: woman's (woman's) or don's (don't), etc........why?

Twoshoes -> RE: apostrophe (10/17/2010 6:17:56 PM)

I don't know, but if you change the font to Times New Roman it doesn't happen. It's very weird.

And they just this minute changed over the whole texting process on the other side......weeeeeeeeeeee!
I wonder if this issue will be addressed.......Off to send random messages with lots of apostrophe's!!

I notice this happens for me when I copy/paste something from a word document into an email or my profile.

Not sure why though.

Minx,

Worry not, as you post more you will graduate out of vanilla status.

Welcome to the boards.

Thanks for the Times New Roman tip, Twoshoes: very annoying, esp. since other  'ing formatting abbreviations have splatted themselves allll over our FABulous prose.

Nope, Times New Roman didn't do it. Still getting the annoying 'apos' in the middle of words like here's
DAMMIT!
