Minor bruises can an do happen with nice, long, hard spankings and some floggings...mmmm... Has anyone tried Arnica creams or gels for this? Does it work?

In my experience, arnica gel has worked very well. The bruises fade more quickly.

I bruise very easily. If someone just grabs my arm, I'll have their fingerprints usually in seconds. I'll try the arnica gel.
