Mom has this problem.  No sneezing or runny nose, just stuffy.  With her it was the dust mites.  She switched to a hypo allergenic pillow that she cooks in the dryer once per month, and steam cleans her carpets whenever her nose is especially stuffy.  It works for her...I hope you find something that works for you.

I heard somewhere that we only breathe through one of our nostrils at any given time.

Full, that may be so, but I think the design of them, it'd only make sense both are drawing in air at once.

No it's for redundancy, if one is blocked the other still works.

NASA wouldn't only take one nostril into space, I tells ya.

You have a serious infection it is nothing small go striaght to your ears nose and throat doctor!
It can cause major problems!  A simple anitbotic will fix it?
