I’ve always had an interest in kink, for as long as I can remember, but never took the time to reflect on what it means to me and how it affected my life. I married a vanilla man, dated vanilla men after my divorce and never found happiness in it. About a year ago I was approached by someone on a “vanilla” dating site who asked me my views on FLM and relationships. I was floored, everything we talked about made sense to me then, why I couldn’t find happiness in my previous relationships, what elements had been missing and so on. I knew I was always holding back and denying who I was because I had no real idea it even existed.
Eventually found this site and a couple others, made profiles and have met a couple people with mixed results. It’s been a little difficult meeting people interested in friendship first, most people have their “do-me” lists in hands and are ready to play and that’s not me. So my hope by joining the forums is to make friends who understand what its like to live the lifestyle and understand the ups and downs and everything in between..
