In my opinion, receiving a strap on would be enhanced by a pad that surrounded the base.
I'm thinking a silicone fingers sort of material.
It need not try to duplicate the scrotum in appearance, though the lower half may, to some extent, including the slapping motion and sensation.
This would be to fully stimulate the inner ass cheeks, above and below the ... point of entry.
Has anyone found such an item commercially available?
