Ok, so after sitting here and watching football, I've had an epiphany: I, like any superstar athlete, need cheerleaders! No, you will not be a groupie (though sex is usually welcome [:D]). No, you will be allowed to wear a skimpy outfit and cheer me on to victory!

So who wants to join? (note: the first to sign up gets to be head cheerleader)

Oh yes, I also have my own 3 day training regiment (wich is part of the reason that Im up at 7 am)

YSG'S Certifiable Monster Traning Regiment

Day One, usually Monday and Wednsday for me: Upper Body
5x10 Bench Press
5x10 Incline Bench
5x10 Decline Bench
3x10 Flys
3x10 Standing Bicep Curls
3x10 Preacher Curls
3x10 Side Lateral Raises
3x10 Front Lateral Raises
3x10 LAT Pulldowns (front)
3x10 LAT Pulldowns (back)
3x10 tricep pulldowns

Day 2, usually Tuesday and Friday: Lower Body
5x10 Squats
5x10 Calf Raises
5x10 Leg Lifts
5x10 Hamstring Curls

Day 3, usually Wednsday and Saturday for me: Cardio
I will usually combine 3 or 4 of these into a 2 hour workout
1/2 hour jog at a moderate pace
5 40 yard wind sprints
5 rounds of 3 min with my heavy bag, with a one min rest period inbetween rounds
5x25 Crunches
5x10 Pushups

Follow this regiment for one month, and if you dont see any changes in your body.... You're slacking!

I see no 12 oz curls there.

Actually, I do 25 oz curls (Fosters Oilcans)

Actually, Im up at 5am mon and wed, 6 am saturday, all for teh edumacationz.

Yeah, I dont really sleep that much lol
