Well, I voted for "dark," but I'm not too sure of the difference between "dark" and "bittersweet."  Most dark chocolate is bittersweet.  I like it as dark and as bitter as possible.

I am not a chocolate lover, but if I had to choose, it would be semi-sweet.

Well I voted for dark - but if there was the option I'd vote for Chocolate Body Paint - fantastic for teasing (or being teased) and with the added bonus that you can work off the calories at the same time as eating it!

:-))

Milk with nuts and raisins would be my favorite chocolate. But as sub-boy mention chocolate body paint is the best low cal high cardiac treat you can have.

I'm an equal opportunity chocolate eater.  Whether it be dark or milk, nutty or plain, new or old, mine or someone else's, all chocolate bears the right to cross my lips and be devoured.

I prefer dark, though.

Proud... my mom is a diabetic... changed to sugar free.. found it ran her blood sugar higher... so she eats regular is she wants a snip of chocolate... it's not that it's sugar free.. they use sweetner like splenda...that they've proven is not really good for you after all... sense they broke with that news report... splenda sales have dropped big time..lol

as for OP... dark chocolate is all I like.. very little of it at that. Not a chocoholic myself.

Even with all the yummy, creamy, expensive chocolates out there, I still go back to a plain old Hershey's with almonds every time.

windchymes, I make chocolate strawberries dipped in white or dark chocolate and drizzled with the alternate for Valentine's day.

Dang, we have to choose?

I'm not a chocoholic, per se, but man, this thread just may be the death of the gold foil Lindt bunny that the Easter Bunny brought me...

Say bye bye, bunny!!
