Obviously we want this to go to someone compatible since it's in our home. Subs or slaves are most desired, but anyone interesting male or female is fine. This would be a cheap way to spend some time in Seattle without moving here. The rents in Seattle start at our price and go up to 1800 for a 1 bedroom apartment, so it's not cheap to have your own place here!
Most Seattle landlords will nickle and dime you with charges for power, water, trash, parking, and lots of other stuff. "pet rent" is also very popular. I don't do any of that. The reason my rates are low is because I want to have a good selection of people to pick from, and know that they'll stay as long as they can.
