I will give that one for sure. 1.7Million is a bunch of people. No way to discount that. It is a shame and yes they are hidden away where none of us really want to look at. I'd have to say that that number probably is growing as well. I stand corrected.......yet, that surely pales in comparsion with a majority of over 1 billion people that have no basics either.
