Of course! Any woman in that position should know that, though. Otherwise, I say consult a doctor about a "sports physical" so you can get the same checking out that a dude playing tackle sports would get.

It's especially true if she's wearing stilettoes. The force produced in those tiny heels is more than that of an elephant's foot.

Thanks for the replies. Btw, I had no idea that heels had a stronger force than an elephants foot crush!
I'll use better precaution in that case
