You are the one that does not get it focus. you have little or no experience and you want to argue against my 10 years plus, experience. Your not knowing what a Muir cap is, only shows your disrespect, and ignorance, for the community. Hopefully someday you will get it, but i doubt it.

im pretty sure that length of time on CM isnt a marker for how long a person has been into the lifestyle. for what its worth Focus has been around these boards for alot longer than four months.

just saying - since by youre own marker, of time spent on CM makes you a newbie too - if you see my point.

There is nothing wrong with a sub doing that, unless her master has forbidden it. I don't believe there is anything wrong with showing affection, caring or love in a relationship of any kind. Subs have feelings and like to express themselves and their gratitude by intimate touching and caressing.

Also... what the hell does a Muir cap have to do with the community, or Dominance in general? I've met plenty of Doms who have been going to munches for years - never saw one of those things on anyone's head.

Hummmm... I do wonder about people who brag about how long they have been in the lifestyle or practicing what they preach about bdsm, especially when they make such huge claims and such a huge difference in the amount of time. I mean... really... if you proudly make a claim of so many years, wouldn't you want to use the amount of years you have claimed that are the highest? I'm not a MAster, and neither is Daddy but I'll still answer anyway.

Because some Master's are or can be picky about that thing. Have you ever stopped to think that perhaps it's just simply how they do things and not against affection.

If a protocol oriented dom, felt that you freely rubbing up on him and initiating that kind of touching was presumptious and pushy, or trying to dominate him into somethin,and not the place of the sub or slave, then of course he wouldn't want you to just wander up and freely start rubbing on him. Not to say you couldn't ever touch him, or he wouldn't ever grant you permission should you ask properly and he's in the mood to grant you your wish, but that you just wouldn't be doing it willy knilly of your own accord.

Taking away the power of someone to rub you up an down an cop a feel like an equal is one way to reinforce, perhaps for some, the power inequality.
