thankyou for the help...but i cant even sign in...i dont really know how i am able to post here

i found support...but it will not let me sign in using the new or old password...is there any other way to get help

You'll probably have to create a new account. or Maybe an admin will see this and help.

I haven't looked at the forum interface enough to know whether there is a support function here or not.
