You add pictures on your Edit Profile page. Click the drop down list and pick which number (order) you want your picture to appear. Make sure the photo is a .jpg (other formatting will not work.)

You're welcome? FYI - Explicit profile pictures (penis pics) are very likely to be removed. You can have them on your profile as long as they aren't your main profile picture. I'm not sure if yours falls under the reportable umbrella, since its cropped, but if it disappears you'll know why.
