Hi all, Wondering about a specific kind of cbt restraint that involves the head of the penis being covered tight with plastic wrap. Is there any potential risk involved if made to orgasm this way, seeing how there is just about no room for the cum to go..? Thanks.

If you actually ejaculate, then the sperm will go into your bladder, and you will pee it out. No harm to you. ......... though it might be uncomfortable. Just guessing about that last bit though. and sperm in the urine is not an unusual finding.
