After a lot of thought, I finally ordered some Hephaistos bracelets from Axsmar. They were shipped FedEx in a couple of days, arrived overnight, and they are beautiful. If you intend to order custom items but are unsure of the best size, I suggest ordering returnable items in a range of sizes to see which is best.
