I know of one guy that can tickle himself!

I was down in our Chronic Mental Health unit, and I heard out of control laughter from one of the cells. I went down and looked, and there he is just going to town tickling his sides and laughing hysterically.

I can tickle my own feet, and many other places on my body. Sure not the eeeeeeeee gonna get you wiggly fingers type tickle you commonly associate with the idea of tickling, but  light stroking to certain parts of my body, even done by me, does induce a ticklish sensation.

ok...it's not working..it's just annoying but not ticklish and no I can't tickle myself...been there, tried it tons and tons of times, has yet to work.
