My question: Is there any info one needs to know about when using nipple clamps on pierced nipples, Such as best type of clamps to use, placement location of clamps (behind ring, in front of ring, clamping down on ring?)

With everything to do with bdsm....common sense is the best answer....if it hurts the too much, then you stop whats happening, you have to listen to what your body tells you.

Just give up with the clamps and hang weights on the rings, this will also help when you want to get higher guage rings..
