I spent a few years in the army and when speaking with a higher ranking individual who went to survival training he informed during his training they were thought it was safe to drink your own urine for up to 7 days. That was based on the idea that this was all of the fluids you would be consuming. If you are also drinking fresh water you should have no problem what so ever. It would be a good idea to be well hydrated at the onset of this situation. The more diluted your urine is to begin with the longer you can drink it. Also if you are not physically exerting yourself to the point of heavy sweating you will excrete most of that water through you urine which will also further extend the safe period of drinking your own urine.

Also when you do urinate make sure you inspect it. The clearer it is the safer if you go with only drinking urine and no water be mindful the darker and more yellow it turns the more and more dehydrated you are getting.

I would assume that the guys that are going through army survival training are very healthy and in peek condition, now the situation where you don't have anything to drink apart from your own urine is also based on extreme survival, nobody would recommend only eating bread as healthy, but if you are in a situation where it is starving or just eating bread, it's healthier to eat it than starve.

A bit of kink play and wanting it to be extreme over a few days is fine, but since there is no need to only drink your own urine (apart from the objectification) I think there might be a way around it, since it seems to be all about objectification, how about forcing him to lick water off the floor and such?

Urine actually IS a waste product of the body, be it sterile (within you) or not sterile (after passing through the urethra and urinary meatus and coming in contact with other microorganisms)

Just curious OP, you mention that there is something in place for muscle cramps, are these something that you anticipate related to the urine consumption? The reason I ask is that muscle cramps are a BIG sign of some SUPER SERIOUS electrolyte imbalances and these imbalances can be FATAL

The other thing that makes me ponder is if you are consuming copious amounts of urine, which is full of all kinds of things that have been filtered out, then when it goes through the second time around (or subsequent times) through the filtration system I am thinking that the concentration will be higher and make filtration a bit more labored. I know that it is something that can be done for survival but that doesn't necessarily mean that drinking a ton of it is healthy, just preferable to dying of thirst.

Definitely make sure you dilute as much as possible prior to the activity if you intend to do this

Best of luck, be safe

Not to be a wet blanket here (sorry, bad pun. couldn't resist), but this thread is quite old. May I suggest you start a new one and link it to this expired one?

regards.
