Please don't resurrect a thread from three months ago just to use a cool metaphor...

12/30/2010

03/18/2011

Gap of 78 days.

Average month = 30.4167 days

3 x 30.4167 days = 91.2500 days

78 days < 91.25 days

Ergo...not 3 months.

Gym, on one hand you say you "want to stay erect for ages," and then you say "you don't want to cum."

These are two entirely different issues.  Cumming faster than you want to is one issue, there are products that contain "numbing agents" that lessen the stimulation that you feel and may help with ejaculating too soon.

Not being able to get a hard (enough) on, or to maintain it for a long enough time is a very different issue called Erectile Dysfunction (ED).  ED affects men at about the same % as their age, meaning that at age 30 abut 30% have at least "occasional" inability to get and maintain an erection.  At age 60 abut 60% of men have that problem, which is not to say that each group "always" has the problem, as it can cum and go (sorry about the pun).

If you suffer from the inability to maintain an erection, meaning your issue is ED there are three meds (plus a new one soon to hit the pharmacies).  They are Viagra and Levitra and Cialis.  Viagra and Levitra were developed first, they take a rather "shotgun" like approach and for many men have lots of adverse effects.  I call them the 4-step meds: 1)take a stomach acid reducer for the indigestion you are likely to get; 2) Take something for the headache you are likely to get; 3) Use Afrin 12 hour nasal spray for the nasal congestion that you are likely to get; and four: get it on after half an hour.  These two last about 4-5 hours.

Cialis (Tadalafil) was the next generation ED med and much more specific--much like using a rifle rather than a shotgun.  The adverse effects can be the same but they are generally much, much less.  All three cost about $10-$14 a pill.  Cialis comes in 5mg/10mg and 20mg.  I'd suggest talking to your medical practitioner and see if you can get a few samples of each.  If not I'd recommend Cialis.  To decrease the cost immensely buy it (with a valid prescription) from overseas.  Find a pharmacy using pharmarychecker, they are reliable and use only foreign pharmacies that have a properly licensed pharmacist, in countries with regulations equivalent to our own.

Tadacip (the generic version of Cialis) is only available outside of the US.  They are made by Cipla, one of the world's leading drug manufacturer.

Naturally it would be insane to try to buy such a product from anyplace other than a pharmacy, but you will find that you can buy 20mg tadalafil tablets by Cipla, in proper blister pack boxes for about $3-4@, ask your practitioner for a script for 20mg, but start with 1/4 tab, as the lowest dose that is effective has the least adverse effects.  Taking a megadose of an ED drugs does nothing extra!  Also keep in mind that ED meds do NOT increase libido.  The jokes about rip-roaring old men are just that.  Priapism (an erection that lasts longer than three hours without relief) becomes very painful and is a medical emergency.  But the occurrence of that adverse effect is extremely low.

People will tell you that importing meds is illegal, and in a way, it is.  But US customs are under mandate to allow up to a 90 day supply of meds, if a copy of the script is included into the US without seizure.  If 5mg works and you pay $4@ then your cost is $1 (and Cialis' effect lasts for about 24 hours).  Compare that to buying a 5mg tablet in the US from the Pharmaking at $14 per tablet!

So consider, is the problem the inability to get and maintain an erection, or is it cumming too fast?  Both are different scenarios.
