Hi

I hope someone can give me advice ...just meet my Master ....he wants me to breastfeed him .,,how do I get started ....I´m 45 years old

First off, why is this a polyamorous question? Does he want you to breastfeed him and his buddies?

Two, at 45, I doubt you will be lactating anytime soon.

Three, there are so many guys on CM who want this, you may get better advice than I had.

Ok, that was weird, the post must have been moved.

Anyway, no clue how to lactate without being pregnant.

The induction of lactation isn't an overnight process and commonly takes the efforts of both partners in achieving this. Regular, strong suckling and massaging of the breasts is sufficient in many cases, and by regular and strong I mean for about 30 minutes a side, done as a baby would, woth the entire aureola in the mouth being suckled-on just as a baby does. Ideally this stimulation is repeated every hour or so, accompanied by gentle but fiem massaging of the breast-mass. You will want to look to using a moisturizer on your nipples, as saliva can cause some drying/chapping. Once your milk is in, you will, of course, want to keep it in, and that means regular nursing of the partner, or use of abreast-milker for he times your partner isn't available and you get full. If you need pharmaceutical assistance, Fenugreek is an effective herbal stimulant, when accompanied by the physical stimulation.

You do not need to be preggers to lactate, and there are means (as well as some commercially available lactating stimulation devices) to promote lactation in an individual who is not pregnant/has not given birth. Your age may certainly play a factor, but check out the websites out there on adoptive breastfeeding and lactation stimulation.

If your boyfriend/husband's fetish is not just about suckling/nipples and the breast milk is a big part of his fetish...and you are unable to physically accommodate that request, get creative. Consider ways to simulate the milk. Blindfold him, warm some milk up, and use a syringe to squirt the milk in his mouth while he sucks your nipples.

Age is not a factor. Whether or not you have been pregnant and/or nursed before is not a factor (except in how long it will take to successfully induce). Believe it or not, even men can be induced though that takes hormonal supplementation and is not a path for but the slightest few and carries a lot of health risks. It does take work. Every hour is not necessary, practical, or even effective. Your body responds based on it thinking you are in need of nursing a baby. A baby normally nurses about 10-15 minutes per side every 2-3 hours around the clock in the beginning. The suckle is different from just sucking on one's nipple, there is a specific way to do it. Additionally, some herbs and meds can speed things up. Until you fill and empty each time to the level you want to produce, you need to continue this consistency. Once you are where you want to be, you can back off to no less than 4-6 times a day for 10-15 minutes per side. If the flow goes down, increase the number of times again.

Most people manage just fine inducing with just a basic breast pump. Some need human stimulation for some, though not all, of the feedings. Others can only do it if the stimulation is all by human suckling. It varies. There are those who claim equipment like goat milkers are more effective, but that carries more risks as well. The herbs that can be used in induction, tend to play around with blood sugar levels, so be careful if you choose to use them and don't use them at all if you are diabetic. They also tend to carry other risks as well as interactions with other meds. Breast infections, cysts, and masses are all potentially possible as well. You really should research this thoroughly before going forward. There's a lot of risk to be aware of and a lot of information to know if you wish to be successful. Good luck. It's a hard, but rewarding road.

thanks for this-- useful for a friend of mine who is in her 40's....and having trouble producing milk. (late life pregnancy) Her gyn told her it's not unusual for women her age to have trouble lactating.

You are welcome. The best way to research further in her case would be to look at induced lactation traditions of tribal people groups. It is not unusual for elder women of the community to induce to assist with multiple births or in the event of illness or death of the birth mother. Take care!

Hi,
At masters request I induced lactation, it took 4 weeks and as I was off work for much of this I (we) were fairly commited. He suckled me most days 4 times a day 15min to 20min each and I used a double pump in between. I even set up a battery unit so I could make dinner etc. The flow was fine after about 2-3mths. I have no children and that was 8 years ago and still going.

One time master tried to live off me alone (apart from some fruit, water and alcohol) for 4 weeks. We both lost about 5kg and my milk flow was amazing but hard to live with.

Fenugreek is one of the herbs that can help with milk production. There's a tea called Mother's Milk Tea in which fenugreek is an ingredient. i used this when i nursed my babies to try to help increase milk production. Raspberry leaf is also touted to help increase production.

Between pumping several times per day and your Master stimulating your breasts himself, and using herbs, you should be able to induce lactation, but it is easy to lose your milk. Stress, poor diet, anger, depression, all of these things can lower or even halt production. So, be sure to pay attention to your moods, try not to get depressed or angry, try to avoid stress, and be sure you're eating a well balanced diet and drinking plenty of water.

the only breast milk I got fresh out of a breast was from a female who had never given birth. I think she was in her late 30s or early 40s but I don't remember.
This was due to her taking the anti-depressant Melarille (SP?). when I saw lactating was side effect I started sucking and sucking on her tits. after about 3 months I stated getting a very small amount of the Wonderful Nectar! But, I always had to suck So Hard that my tongue actually went numb and thus I couldn't taste it very much.
So, it is possible, But is it practicable??
The other side effects of anti-depressants are Not Good unless you need them so I would not recommend this method just for boobie juice!!
I still hope to be able to drink freely of this most natural beverage! and to have enough to for my Capitan Crunch and to make yogurt and Ice Cream and cheese!!
