Are there any peole on this site that are fmela that are interested or curious about self bondgae or better yet pratice it. Looking to exchange ideas with each other and possibly teach each othe a new trick.

This probably doesn't count, but I like to struggle myself into a corset and tighten it up as good as I can.... to me that is self bondage and it feels really good for me. Course, I don't really do it because I am into self bondage...I do it because there isn't anyone else to do it! lol

You should see about finding yourself a corset winch. I'm sure you can find directions on where to find one or how to construct one if you hit a few victorian-oeriented bondage sites.

Self bondage, can't that get pretty dangerous? Not to mention, if you ever got yourself stuck. Just imagine, having to explain to the police how you got yourself into that one....

Yes, self bondage can be dangerous. You just need to be smart how you go about it. As I seldom have a play partner, I have explored self bondage a bit with no negative effects.

One method I like involves having a bedroom lamp plugged into a timer, leather wrist cuffs with a bike lock through the rings connected to the top of the bed and ankle cuffs tied to the bottom of the bed. I then set the timer so the lamp stays on long enough for me to get into position. I lock my ankles in the ankle cuffs then lock on the wrist cuffs. As soon as the lamp goes out, I can't see the numbers on the bike lock. So I am stuck until the lamp comes back on or the sun rises. Obviously, this only works at night.

So far no, problems with that approach other than have a partner would be a lot more fun.
