I always have some in the freezer. I have a huge problem eating so I need the boosted protein when I do eat. ------------------------------- honey roast turkey, avocado, baby arugula and tomato sandwich with homemade honey dijon mustard on a chiabatta roll P.S. My cranberry sauce is cranberries, sugar and a bit of water, no hooey which includes nuts. Add stuff to it and you have cranberry compote or relish not cranberry sauce. I'm a purist with some things!
